SARNUM

Sarnano, originally known as Sarnum, is located at the feet of the Sibillini Mountains. It is included in the official list of the “most beautiful villages in Italy”. Its name derives from Latin Sarnus, Roman veteran of the 1st century AD, who received as a pension benefit the hill where Sarnano is located today.
